Comedy by Eric Chappell

Performances late 5th - 9th Feb 2013

SPINKS  Age:  50ish

One of life’s failures.
Ex-boxer, and was a failure at that. Now losing his sight, living on benefits
in a very untidy one bedroom flat at the top of a tower block. Friendless,
except for Kingsley. Fed up with living like this and has a cunning plan.

KINGSLEY  Age: 40-50

Spinks’ only friend. A
rakish, haggard drinker. Most people would say they’ve never seen him really
drunk. Spinks would say they’ve never really seen him sober. Sharp and
intelligent, but cynical. He, too, is flat broke. Lives nearby and drops in on
Spinks regularly.

 DAWN/DONNA PRINGLE  Age 40ish

Peach of a part – same
actress plays 2 women, who claim to be identical twins.

Dawn is a very prim and
proper, highly respectable churchgoer.

Donna is flighty, sexy, and
very manipulative.
